-History-
( Original location 1939 - 2008 )
In 1939 Angelo and Giacomina Passalacqua opened a small tavern in Washington, PA. The little tavern grew and with it being on a major highway route new travelers would discover the tavern. The spaghetti and friendliness led to The West Chestnut Spaghetti Inn to be one of the most popular restaurants in town. In 1953 Angelo passed away, Giacomina continued running the restaurant with her two children Silvio and Carmelina. Giacomina retired in 1958 leaving it to her children. The name of the restaurant changes to "Angelos" in 1958 and the place was remodeled. Angelos flourished in the 60's - 80's.

In 1992 Silvio and Carmelina left the restaurant to their son and present owner Micheal Passalacqua. In 2008 the restaurant moved to a new location in Washington and still carries on the traditions as before.
