About The Teen Center
The Common Ground Teen Center is a place where teens can just hang out with friends, work on homework, play pool, listen to music, go on the internet, and talk. It is open after school for students of Washington County to stop by and have fun in a safe, drug, smoke, and alcohol free environment. It was created by the Neighborhood Drug Awareness Corporation (N.D.A.C)
Membership
- Membership is open to all 6th, 7th, 8th and high school students in Washington County.

- They help to choose new videogames, movies, and decorations for the center.
- The board members attend the dances and events to help out.
