Q: Why is my juice leaking out of my tank whenever I lean it on its side?
A: Although tanks are sealed they do sometimes leak through
the airway whenever exposed to hot temperatures or when
on its side.
Q: My coils are burning out way too fast!
A: Coils have no guaranteed lifespan and some coils last longer
than others. It is very user dependant when it comes to a coils lifespan.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not currently offer any return policies. Our Waynesburg
Store sometimes will buy used products if in good enough condition.
Q: My mod is damaged out of the box!
A: A lot of our companies will replace damaged products. One of which
is Smok which has a 6-month warranty on any products found defective.
