Head Coach
Kent M James
Our head coach, Coach James, has been in the soccer scene since 1975. He played in his junior high school team and later into his high school team. His high school team was a team in Kentucky, and he moved into Pittsburgh after college. He played for two college teams, Duke and Swarthmore, and was captain of the Swarthmore team in his senior year.
In the coaching scene, Coach James has been an assistant coach for Swarthmore College and a high school in Philadelphia. When he moved to the Washington area, Coach helped with our school's soccer team as a volunteer starting in 1994, then became the assistant coach, and now the head coach.

Assistant Coach
Stephanie Nese
This is the first year Coach Nese is the assistant coach on our varsity soccer team. She teaches at our high school as the Career Counselor, and is currently a happy, pregnant mother. She has definitely helped out a ton with the technical parts of the team.
She is most likely taking over the head coach role next year if Coach James retires, but only time will tell, if he does retire, we aren't quite sure who will be assistant coach yet.
