Academic League has both new and experienced players this year, from grades 9 through 12.

Those in grades 9 and 10 are considered junior varsity (JV) which just means that they face other 9th and 10th graders and the questions are slightly easier. Those in grades 11 and 12 are considered varsity (V), meaning that they only face other 11th and 12th graders and are given harder questions than those in JV. The points listed here are those scored in the 2016/17 season
