Our Training sessions: Our training has always a structure. First we begin to run and stretch our muscles. Sometimes before this but most after this we pass and do exercises for things we have to improve (e.g. 1vs1, header, shooting etc.). But you should have fun during our training sessions. We have to be concentrated but also laugh and talk a lot. Also we play games in our training sessions just in a smaller area or we even play 'world championship' (it's a game where you have teams with 2 players and one goalie, each team represents one country and tries to win. If your team scores a goal you get to the next 'round' and every 'round' the last team standing on the field falls out. In the final (when only two teams are left) you have to score two goals to win. If you win, you will be the new 'world champion'). - practices every Monday and Wednesday after school (ca. 03.30 pm - 05.30 pm) - games every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
