Disney is a company that has been around since October 16, 1923. It all started with one man, Walt Disney. Over the years the company has grown bigger and bigger to get to were it is today. Walt Disney started the company in the back of a small office where he and his brother, Roy, made a series of short live-action/aniated films called the Alice Comedies.

Where did Walt Disney World Come From?

It all started when Walt realized that people would have to traavel across the country to get to Disneyland, so he decided to brainstorm the concept of a second theme park call "The florida Project". It was designed to be bigger and better than Disneyland. Walt died in 1966 bringing it all to a hault. The company was unsure whether to continue on with the idea or not. In the end Walt's brother Roy had come out of retirement to make his rothers dream come to life.
